Mô tả công việc
- In order to provide customers with more than expected service, keep up to date with all the information about the hotel's products and facilities, and provide prompt and accurate information to customers' inquiries.
- Have a wealth of knowledge of communication equipment and can take the necessary steps to operate in an emergency.
- All calls are answered before the bell rings three times or less.
- In accordance with the hotel's regulations and procedures, customers receive their messages efficiently and timely.
- Service complaints are forwarded to the manager so that necessary actions can be taken; Suggest improvements if necessary.
- Ensure that customers are properly charged for their telecommunications equipment (telephone, Internet, etc.).
- Completion of necessary training at the hotel.
- Participate in departmental monthly meetings to discuss the results of the department's operations and share information. Suggestions focus on improving customer service.
- Answer all calls in the room and forward the request to the appropriate department
- Allows external telephone and fax messages to get transfered room
- If necessary, perform any other tasks related
Yêu cầu công việc
- In-depth understanding of hotel operation processes (especially SBS operations)
- Ability to use business standard and hotel standard system (MS-Office and Opera etc)
- 2-year college or above, bachelor degree preferred
